Profile bending machine

FERLIGS offers profile and tube bending on four-roll hydraulic machine with a programmable control NC, which in its turn ensures high accuracy control over the process. With four-roll hydraulic machine you can bend tubes and profiles and also form a ring, segmental bows and spirals with ascending spiral turn forming in the assigned step.

This machine executes radial bending operation on different types of profiles: straight angle profile, section bar, T-bar, I-bar, L-bar, plain bar, U-bar, tubes of round, rectangular and square section from different materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, titanium and its alloys.

Rolling of tubes and profiles

Profile bending machines differ from other tube bending machines with a regard to specifics of the working principle of the profile bending equipment. Tube bending machines bend prefabricated parts while profile bending machines deform metal by means of rolling.

The working principle of a profile bending machine is that the template is pressed between two rolls with the lower roll equipped with a hydraulic holder, it goes up and down and forms the radius with two lateral rolls. The durable body of the profile bending machine also ensures a high quality of production and utmost precision both in horizontal and vertical placement of the machine.

Caprolon tool attachment on profile bending machine is used to retain the surface of a tube (profile) to prevent marks and scratches when bending grinded, polished, chrome-plated or nickel-plated tubes and tubes with a polymer and lacquer coated surface.

Drawing requirements:


Scal must be 1:1
All objects has be converted into curves and sizes are in millimetres (mm).
Make sure that file does not have fills, raster images, open and overlaid contours, double lines and dots
The contour of the cut in the file must be displayed in the front view (not in mirrored).
It is desirable to specify text explanations to the order in the file
Additional charge may be applied if file needs rework
